Learning from Social Networks

Now, if you are on the internet as much as I am then you maybe a member of several social networks as I am. Now I must say there are thousands and I am being invited to several on a daily basis. Well I have become a member of some great networks like Black Business Space, Twitter, iseecolor, Facebook, Linkedin, Plaxo and my most recent Business Network Central and if you are in business I recommend you sign up for these too. I have become a member of some networks just to give support to friends that I have made on other networks but I am not active, some I can't even remember signing up on. Recently, I have become more selective of what network I sign up on and not just sign up because someone invited me when the network doesn't serve of any value or are a cover for a MLM business. I believe in being supportive to someones causes but some of these networks are being started with no real value to the members. I really enjoy Twitter, which is my favorite and the easiest network to be on, Linkedin and Facebook have been a very valuable asset to business. Now, I know Myspace is a popular site but I really don't much care for the atmosphere with all the indecencies. I have met some beautiful people on sites like Yuwie, iseecolor and Business Network Central, I think it will be real popular for its stay in the know concept, keeping you up with the latest economic news, job market and its team mentality. I have learned some valuable lessons on these networks, and gained valuable information, leads, clients and most important friends which have been the most rewarding♦♦ |
